The Outline – Understanding Daniel 2

In Confederacy, Daniel, Prophecies, Revelation, The End, The Last Days, Time of the End on November 15, 2009 at 1:54 am

If you have never studied Daniel 2 before than you are in for an amazing proof of the validity of the Bible. This validity comes from an understanding that the Bible includes prophecy of events that were future to the time they were written. If you have studied Daniel 2 before you are in for a brain exercise to re-examine the Word of God in a systematic will the will challenge the assumptions that we hold of this amazing prophetic passage. Either way, be prayerful, have your  notebook ready and get into a comfortable work place with a big glass of water, this may get intense.

Daniel’s Prophecies: Fulfilled and Fulfilling Chart

First we will establish some basic principle understanding.

Daniel’s prophecies are meant for the last days.

“As we near the close of this world’s history, the prophecies recorded by Daniel demand our special attention, as they relate to the very time in which we are living. With them should be linked the teachings of the last book of the New Testament Scriptures. The Old Testament Prophecies

In Bible, Daniel, Prophecy, The Last Days on July 19, 2009 at 4:51 am

God gives what we need. For us to have the Old Testament preserved for so many millennia means it is vital to our spiritual lives.

The more I go over the book so rarely heard about, the more I glean for my experience. The Bible is a prophectical book. The Old Testament is full of prophecies for the last days. This means that the Old Testament tells us what is to happen as well as what has happened.

Test it for yourself. Pray for guidance, study, listen and read it over and over until you understand the language better. Use the KJV, if you do not understand everyhthing look it up in a dictionary… but STUDY.

Here are a couple quotes to get you started. Read the rest of this entry »

Our Crisis Prophesied

In Bible, Daniel, Economy, Poll, Prophecies, Spirit of Prophecy, Sunday Law on April 4, 2009 at 11:17 pm

Economic Crisis to lead to Civil Wars to lead to a Sunday Law

The agencies of evil are combining their forces and consolidating. They are strengthening for the last great crisis. Great changes are soon to take place in our world, and the final movements will be rapid ones… The enemy has succeeded in perverting justice and in filling men’s hearts with the desire for selfish gain. “Justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.” Isaiah 59:14… The cries of starving humanity are coming up before God, while by every species of oppression and extortion men are piling up colossal fortunes… Those who hold the reins of government are not able to solve the problem of moral corruption, poverty, pauperism, and increasing crime. They are struggling in vain to place business operations on a more secure basis.{Testimonies for the Church, vol. 9, pp. 11-13}

Money will soon depreciate in value very suddenly when the reality of eternal scenes opens to the senses of man. {Welfare Ministry, p. 266}

Where is the daily?

“The Daily” is a term found in Daniel 8:11-13; 11:31, 12:11. The actual word is an adjective or adverb with means continual or perpetual. In Daniel 8, 11 and 12  you will notice that word “daily” is used as a noun.

Doesn’t it mean sacrifice?

The word “daily” in the Bible is used as an adjective or adverb to describe a noun or verb. So it can describe the sacrifice or the sacrificing but does  not mean sacrifice. In Danial 1:5 you will see it is describing the provision. Read the rest of this entry »
